Ciccio Ferraro: A Gastronomy Pioneer
With over 47 years of experience, Ciccio Ferraro is the heart and soul of Il Salotto. From managing multiple restaurants to earning accolades as a gastronomy expert, his journey is nothing short of inspiring. Notably, he served as the Head Chef of the Italian national football team during their 2006 World Cup victory, crafting meals that fueled champions. Today, his published book featuring 50 of his iconic recipes is proudly displayed at Il Salotto for guests to explore.
